Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended by a few days. In such cases, we kindly ask for your patience. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you by email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to Germany

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Cost: Free or €4.90 (depending on order value)

Shipping Area

At this time, BrewTech Coffee ships exclusively within Germany.

International shipping, including to other EU countries or destinations outside the European Union, is not available at this stage. Orders with delivery addresses outside Germany cannot be accepted or processed.


Future EU Shipping

We are actively working on expanding our logistics and compliance setup to enable shipping within the European Union.

Once EU shipping becomes available, this Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly. Please note that no timeline can be guaranteed at this time.


Why Shipping Is Limited

As a small, independent manufacturer, we are committed to launching our products responsibly and in full compliance with applicable regulations. Limiting shipping to Germany during the initial phase allows us to ensure product quality, reliable delivery, and proper customer support.


Orders Outside Germany

Orders placed with a delivery address outside Germany may be cancelled. Any payments already made will be refunded promptly using the original payment method.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

BrewTech Coffee is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to orders shipped outside the European Union.

Please note: Orders shipped to countries such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

BrewTech Coffee is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before submitting a claim.
